Description:

DOD experience a must – Raytheon, Lockheed Martin, NGC, L-3 – not commercial


SAP a plus


Excel skill a must and Project


Program Management experience – EVM  - fixed cost contracts


Worked in a manufacturing environment


 


 


Must be able to obtain and maintain security clearance, which requires USA Citizenship.


 


RESPONSIBILITIES:


Participate in design review meeting, cost and profitability and scheduling of product


 Collaborate with staff across functional areas such as engineering, development and production departments


Provide management and customer status regarding financial and tactical progress on contracts 


 Create and implement successful program plans which proactively address risk and provide a high degree of confidence supporting contract deliverable requirements


 


Analyze cost and revenue performance of programs, providing revenue forecasts and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget and profitability Prepare cost estimates; provide pricing rationale and recommendations supporting quotations, proposals for follow-on contracts


 


Manage the program by coordinating departmental or cross-functional teams while focusing on the delivery


 


Monitor project from start to completion by planning and directing schedules while managing profitability on a monthly basis

 
Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS


At least Five (5) years of recent Program Management experience in a fast-pace RF/Microwave manufacturing environment


 


Bachelor of Science or Arts degree in Business, Electrical Engineer, Mechanical Engineer or related field, required; Master of Arts degree in Business Administration, a plus. 


 


Strong Time Management & Organizational skills: ability to plan effectively using different tools; flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and assignments


 


Leadership skills: ability to lead people, coach and mentor staff; ability to lead with integrity, honesty and trust; ability to inspire every employee to reach his or her full potential and achieve excellenc


 


Technical skills: ability to understand contracts, business law and Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR); working knowledge of electronics including power and RF theory; RF/Microwave parameters


 


Financial skills: knowledge of cost accounting principles and to produce financial analysis models. Knowledge of US trade regulations and ITAR regulations; Earn Value Management


 


Computer skills:  Expert knowledge  Power Point, Excel, Word, Project and Outlook software programs; ability to use Enterprise Resource Programs such as SAP, a plus
