Description:
$60,195 (new grad) top of the scale is about $75-80K
Outpatient PT • No weekends or major holidays worked; no on-call requirement • 40 hours/week (non-exempt - hourly - position) • PT can choose to work five 8-hour days or 4 ten-hour days • Pay scale begins (new grad rate) at $28.94/hr • Sign-on bonus $15,000 for a 3-year commitment ($5,000 paid at hire, next $5,000 paid at start of 2nd year, final $5,000 paid at start of 3rd year) • During 4th year of employment, will pay 50% of the PT's monthly school loan repayments, if applicable During 5th year of employment, will pay 100% of the PT's monthly school loan repayments, if applicable • Relocation assistance available (dollar amount negotiable) • Pediatric to geriatric population (Neuro, Ortho, etc.) • Manageable caseloads • PT allotted one hour for evals • Minimum of one hour per day built into PT's schedule for documentation purposes (still paper format) • State of the art equipment • COOR has: shared treatment/gym area with OT, separate pediatric gym, separate physical reconditioning area, separate modality area and separate work hardening space • Team of 7 PTs and 8 PTAs • CEU allowance per year; plus multiple free onsite CEU opportunities are brought on-site each year • New grads OK
Located 1 hour East of Columbus and 2 hours West of Pittsburgh and Wheeling. Very low costof living area!
